Pair Shaped Pty Ltd, trading as PairShaped (“we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy. This page explains how we handle personal information you choose to share with us.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with PairShaped, we may collect your:
- name and contact details;
- location, role or interest in PairShaped/job sharing;
- responses to registrations, surveys, quizzes or feedback; and
- information you choose to share through events, programs or conversations with us.
Some interactions may involve you choosing to share sensitive information. You don’t need to provide information that isn’t necessary or that you don’t feel comfortable sharing.
How we use it
We may use your information to:
- provide and communicate with you about events, programs or services you’ve registered for;
- understand and improve PairShaped and our work;
- invite feedback or participation in future activities; and
- send PairShaped news and updates where you’ve chosen to receive them.
Insights from events, conversations, feedback and other PairShaped activities may also inform our research, resources and communications. Where appropriate, we’ll de-identify these insights so they aren’t attributable to an individual, and we’ll ask permission before identifying you or attributing your story or words to you.
How it’s stored and shared
We use trusted third-party services such as Google Workspace, Zoom and MailerLite to help us operate PairShaped. Some providers may process or store information outside Australia.
We don’t sell your personal information.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and only keep it for as long as reasonably needed.
Recordings
Some PairShaped events or conversations may be recorded. Where this occurs, we’ll let you know. Recordings may be used to provide replays and create PairShaped resources or communications. We won’t publicly use material that identifies you, such as your image, voice, name or attributed comments, without your permission.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. You can also contact us to access or correct personal information we hold about you, request its deletion, or raise a privacy concern.
